The Aptitude 8 team (Jen, Tom, and Matt) led a seven-month implementation for us involving a custom integration between HubSpot CRM and Bullhorn ATS. The project required reconfiguring and upgrading a legacy HubSpot marketing instance into a full CRM while managing complex data mapping and workflow integrations with Bullhorn. It was not simple — and they handled it exceptionally well. Their communication was clear and consistent. They were flexible as our requirements evolved, transparent in their approach, and extremely strong with technical documentation.
