What a great team to work with! Our group runs the gamut of HubSpot experts to novices (it's me, I'm the novice), and Aptitude 8 helped us implement systems and workflows that we can all use, understand and scale to our individual needs on the site. We migrated our magazine from a printed product with a pdf/flipbook digital presence to a highly functional, gorgeous website that's easy to navigate and maintain. Cut Above the Rest!!

A8 (Aptitude 8) is the secondary backbone to our operations within our business for HubSpot. We have leveraged their services in many ways than just one, from CRM implementation, showcasing and further utilizing the HubSpot tool for HubSpot payments, Workflow implementation for a streamline of email marketing. Taking it past just HubSpot. the A8 team currently is assisting us in a full digital implementation for a new AMS and CMS, the question becomes what can they not do. Furthermore I would like to give a shout out to Jen O'Connell who has been nothing but a blessing to work with. Her knowledge of HubSpot, business accountability, and transparency when providing business updates to the team is greatly appreciated. Working in tandem with her has removed the stress of how can we get it done to this is what we can do, this is the systems we can leverage, and these are the contacts within all parties we should talk with to progress and complete the ongoing project. Complex systems + High expectations = Partner w/ A8

A8 did not disappoint for our organization. Our story begins with a complex system/process and history of lacking support from hired consultants prior to partnering with HubSpot and A8. Needless to say, we came into this journey with high expectations and a broken heart. The Maroon Team at A8 (shoutouts to Bree, Ashley, Brian, Sam & anyone missed) came into our engagement with the highest level of expertise and professionalism to guide us to a timely and successful launch of HubSpot. High quality service and overall implementation experience

Our team partnered with Aptitude8 to transition our marketing operations from Pardot to HubSpot and integrate our CRM with Salesforce (SFDC). The Aptitude8 team delivered a seamless implementation, providing high-quality service at every stage. Suzanne and Desi brought deep expertise to the project, and when questions arose, they were quick to find practical, tailored solutions for our specific use cases. I joined the implementation midway through and needed to quickly get up to speed on what had been completed and what remained. The Aptitude8 team supported me throughout this process, clearly explaining the setup decisions and the rationale behind them. Together, we were able to enhance our marketing platform, establish a strong baseline, and set our team up for long-term success.

Portal Audit & Strategic Roadmap Planning

We worked with Aptitude 8 on a two-part project. First was a portal audit, where we teamed up with Taryn Cleary to do a deep dive on the current state of our instance and figure out what gaps to address. This helped us build a strategic roadmap of items to tackle moving forwards. In the second part, we knocked out a few of those roadmap items where we needed additional support, with the biggest one being lead scoring. Melissa Rich and Carolina Rodriguez Garcia were amazing to work with—they walked us through the whole process and made sure all key details were built into how we score incoming leads. All three A8 team members were extremely detail-oriented and flexible. Anytime we needed to shift gears, they rolled with it without missing a beat. I’d recommend them for any complex project—especially if you’re not sure where to start or just don’t have the bandwidth. Really enjoyed working with them.
