We had a mixed experience working with this organization. On the implementation side, things went well overall. Communication was solid, deadlines were generally met, and that portion of the project felt organized and well-managed. Unfortunately, the data migration side was the complete opposite. The individual assigned to our migration appeared to be very new and did not fully understand the scope or complexity of our project. As a result, our internal team had to take on a significant amount of work that should have been handled by the vendor. The project was originally scoped to be completed in 10 weeks, but ultimately stretched to 18+ weeks. In the final stages, our internal IT team had to take over significant portions of the work just to meet critical deadlines. - Key issues we experienced: - Major deadlines were missed by months, not weeks - Work was often incorrect and had to be fixed multiple times - We were left scrambling toward the end to stay on track - Despite escalating concerns to managers and our account representative, improvements were minimal Ultimately, it felt like the complexity of our sales migration from a legacy CRM to HubSpot was not well handled or properly resourced. This was especially disappointing because we chose this organization based on a previous marketing implementation that went very well. While there were some bright spots earlier in the engagement, the migration experience fell far short of expectations and required far more internal effort than anticipated. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend thoroughly vetting recent reviews and ensuring your project is properly staffed with experienced resources before moving forward.
