Terrible Experience

I recommend checking this company’s Google reviews as that is where you’ll find most of the 1-star reviews. It seems they may be able to have poor reviews removed from certain directories, but on Google, that’s harder to do. We purchased HubSpot and were referred to BluLeadz as one of their “ecosystem” partners to build our custom CRM. I’m genuinely shocked they hold that status. What was supposed to be a 14-week project has now dragged into week 36+ with no clear end in sight, draining my company of time, money, and resources. Throughout the process, we’ve dealt with constant disruptions from engineers quitting mid-project, team members going on maternity leave or extended vacations, and personal leaves, with no adequate backfill or contingency planning. They never audited their own work, leaving us with a broken migration, dysfunctional workflows, and no real progress despite weeks of meetings and feedback. Even after HubSpot made their CEO aware of the issues, there’s been no genuine urgency or accountability. After reading other negative reviews describing almost identical experiences, it’s clear this is not an isolated incident. It’s a pattern and a reflection of the company’s culture that the CEO has created. I had hoped things would improve once leadership became involved, but that has not been the case. This mismanaged engagement has cost my business well into six figures between project fees and internal resource allocation. It is hands down the worst professional service experience I’ve had as a business owner.

We were deeply entrenched in the older tool and her guidance was critical to keep us on the right path. She worked with us at all levels; helping us to understand the HubSpot data model and API integration, the marketing automation, the email templates themselves, and more!
