Excellent training experience

We worked with Tim Malloy, and he was energetic and knowledgable on every training call with us. He was always prepared with topics to present, but as expected took the time to review our questions first, even if they were topics that he'd already presented. It was his energetic presentation skills that should out to me though - he seemed genuinely excited on every call to share the attributes of the system to help us be successful.
