Wies worked with us for a HubSpot onboarding, and she was fantastic. She was very well versed and knowledgable and was able to help us through the process. HubSpot themselves sold something different but that wasn't anything to do with Conversion Crew themselves and Wies did a fantastic job for us!

Fabulous support from Skye!

Skye was an absolute superstar taking us through our HubSpot onboarding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and supportive and managed to take us as a team from knowing nothing about HubSpot to being able to competently understand the platform - we aren't experts yet but we are on a good path to getting there. Her weekly calls were genuinely useful - she enabled us to understand what we could do, identify what might be good to know and highlight areas we should really focus more on. All in all a great experience and we'll really miss her support. Thanks a lot Skye!

Great Onboarding

May did a great job getting us up and running with HubSpot. From explaining the basics to new users to helping with more nuanced processes from more experienced users, she was a great resource.

We had a great onboarding experience with May working together with both our marketing and sales teams. The onboarding sessions were well structured, practical, and clearly tailored to our needs. May demonstrated strong HubSpot expertise and did an excellent job aligning marketing and sales processes, which gave us confidence in how we’re setting up and using HubSpot. Communication was clear, questions were handled thoroughly, and the guidance we received was actionable rather than theoretical. The only reason this isn’t a full 5-star review is that we wish the onboarding could have been stretched out over a longer timeframe. Having more time between sessions would have allowed us to absorb the information, implement changes, and come back with deeper follow-up questions. Overall, we highly recommend May to any team looking for a knowledgeable, collaborative, and results-driven HubSpot onboarding experience.

We did our onboarding with May from the Conversion Crew and it was great. From HubSpot we were under a different assumption about what the onboarding entailed, but May handled this perfectly and supported us very strongly during the onboarding with the necessary dose of patience, fun and above all expertise. Fine guidance

Pleasant cooperation, although I found it a little too free. We had opted for a DIY implementation, but I noticed that it would have been nice if there had been a little more structure in the implementation. At the bottom line, despite a consultation, it was still often up to our own interpretation. It would have been nice to be taken a little more by the hand. Other than that, fine guidance, knowledgeable and professional - thank you so much for that!
