We had a great onboarding experience with May working together with both our marketing and sales teams. The onboarding sessions were well structured, practical, and clearly tailored to our needs. May demonstrated strong HubSpot expertise and did an excellent job aligning marketing and sales processes, which gave us confidence in how we’re setting up and using HubSpot. Communication was clear, questions were handled thoroughly, and the guidance we received was actionable rather than theoretical. The only reason this isn’t a full 5-star review is that we wish the onboarding could have been stretched out over a longer timeframe. Having more time between sessions would have allowed us to absorb the information, implement changes, and come back with deeper follow-up questions. Overall, we highly recommend May to any team looking for a knowledgeable, collaborative, and results-driven HubSpot onboarding experience.

Very good cooperation with May

We did our onboarding with May from the Conversion Crew and it was great. From HubSpot we were under a different assumption about what the onboarding entailed, but May handled this perfectly and supported us very strongly during the onboarding with the necessary dose of patience, fun and above all expertise. Our experience with Conversion Crew in the onboarding of HubSpot within Financing Real Estate has been truly outstanding. What began as an implementation project quickly grew into a collaboration in which commitment, expert knowledge and genuine passion for the business were central, with May and Wies playing an absolute leading role. Fine guidance

Pleasant cooperation, although I found it a little too free. We had opted for a DIY implementation, but I noticed that it would have been nice if there had been a little more structure in the implementation. At the bottom line, despite a consultation, it was still often up to our own interpretation. It would have been nice to be taken a little more by the hand. Other than that, fine guidance, knowledgeable and professional - thank you so much for that!

We had an excellent experience throughout the entire process. From onboarding to the go-live of our HubSpot CMS. Smooth Onboarding process

We have a good experience with the onboarding process for HubSpot, executed by ConversionCrew. The weekly calls with Sofia were useful, efficient and enjoyable at the same time. We prepared everything together in such a way that our sales colleagues were able to get started directly after the Live Training sessions. Everyone was positive and eager to work with it.
