I mentioned on a few occasions to my colleagues that it was such a professional and impressive service - everything was organised in a super clear way, there was a clear roadmap and the touch points were very personalised throughout. Wies worked with us for a HubSpot onboarding, and she was fantastic. She was very well versed and knowledgable and was able to help us through the process. HubSpot themselves sold something different but that wasn't anything to do with Conversion Crew themselves and Wies did a fantastic job for us!

Skye was an absolute superstar taking us through our HubSpot onboarding. She is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and supportive and managed to take us as a team from knowing nothing about HubSpot to being able to competently understand the platform - we aren't experts yet but we are on a good path to getting there. Her weekly calls were genuinely useful - she enabled us to understand what we could do, identify what might be good to know and highlight areas we should really focus more on. All in all a great experience and we'll really miss her support. Thanks a lot Skye!

Great Onboarding

May did a great job getting us up and running with HubSpot. From explaining the basics to new users to helping with more nuanced processes from more experienced users, she was a great resource.

Implementation

We enjoyed working with May at Conversion Crew, she was prompt with our scheduled calls, able to answer questions, and guided us through the implementation smoothly. We had a great onboarding experience with May working together with both our marketing and sales teams. The onboarding sessions were well structured, practical, and clearly tailored to our needs. May demonstrated strong HubSpot expertise and did an excellent job aligning marketing and sales processes, which gave us confidence in how we’re setting up and using HubSpot. Communication was clear, questions were handled thoroughly, and the guidance we received was actionable rather than theoretical. The only reason this isn’t a full 5-star review is that we wish the onboarding could have been stretched out over a longer timeframe. Having more time between sessions would have allowed us to absorb the information, implement changes, and come back with deeper follow-up questions. Overall, we highly recommend May to any team looking for a knowledgeable, collaborative, and results-driven HubSpot onboarding experience.

Wij hebben onze onboarding met May van de Conversion Crew gedaan en dit was top. Vanuit HubSpot verkeerden wij onder een andere veronderstelling over wat de onboarding inhield echter May heeft dit perfect opgevangen en heeft ons heel sterk bijgestaan tijden de onboarding met de nodige dosis geduld, fun en vooral expertise. Super fijne persoonlijke begeleiding

Onze ervaring met Conversion Crew bij de onboarding van HubSpot binnen Financiering-Vastgoed is werkelijk uitmuntend. Wat begon als een implementatietraject, groeide al snel uit tot een samenwerking waarin betrokkenheid, vakkennis en oprechte passie voor het vak centraal stonden. May en Wies hebben hierin een absolute hoofdrol gespeeld. Hun energie, motivatie en persoonlijke benadering maakten het hele proces niet alleen effectief, maar ook bijzonder prettig. Ze wisten ons te inspireren, te enthousiasmeren én tegelijkertijd volledig te ontzorgen. Met hun heldere uitleg, praktische tips en continue support voelden wij ons geen moment aan ons lot overgelaten. Integendeel: we kregen het gevoel dat ze echt deel uitmaakten van ons team. Dankzij hun inzet hebben wij nu een HubSpot-omgeving die perfect aansluit op onze organisatie en die ons commercieel proces naar een hoger niveau tilt. Fijne begeleiding

Prettige samenwerking, al vond ik het iets te vrij. Wij hadden zelf voor een DIY implementatie gekozen, maar ik merkte toch dat het wel prettig had geweest als er iets meer structuur in de implementatie had gezeten. Het was onder aan de streep, ondanks een consult, toch vaak ter eigen invulling. Het had prettig geweest als we iets meer aan de hand werden meegenomen. Buiten dat, fijne begeleiding, kundig en professioneel - waarvoor heel erg bedankt!
