Poor Experience, Unusable CRM

We've been referred to Stefan by a great partner of ours to help us build and implement our first CRM system. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The system delivered on V1 is not functional or automated in any usable form, most tasks are still easier to do manually which is not what we paid for. We then proposed a V2 version with updated functions that we were willing to pay for, providing a detailed outline of what we needed to consult and begin implementing. I had to follow up twice within two weeks with no real response. Only that he was travelling (again) and didn’t have time to review it, despite being active on Slack throughout the week. We ultimately had to move on to a new partner. Now he refused to process a refund for the unusable V1 and the wasted time. Would not recommend based on my experience.
