CRM Build & Training

We worked with Stefan at Loncom to support our HubSpot CRM setup and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. From the start, he really took the time to understand how we work as a business not just what HubSpot can do, but what we actually needed it to do day to day and had the patience of a saint with all my requests and changes. Stefan explains things clearly, keeps it practical, and isn’t afraid to challenge where something won’t work or could be done better. He made what can feel like a complex system feel structured, logical and usable for the team. Our slight suggestion here as a minor improvement is to talk more slowly, pause for questions as when something is new, it takes a little longer for someone to process. He’s knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely easy to work with and happily adapted to our requirements when needed. Thanks to his support, we now have a much stronger CRM foundation and far more confidence in how we’re using HubSpot going forward.
