We had a great experience with SmartBug and would recommend them to anyone looking to onboard or improve their HubSpot account. As a team new to HubSpot and CRMs in general, our partner, Eduardo Bem, provided invaluable knowledge and insights throughout our Sales Hub implementation. He accelerated our setup, identified best practices, and gave us confidence in navigating this new platform. We initially debated setting up HubSpot ourselves or working with a HubSpot partner, but now believe we made the right choice partnering with SmartBug. Boris Palacios was extremely great to work with implementing our instance of HubSpot. He was very thorough, led me through the end in mind configuration up front, and helped to make sure we had SOP docs and everything needed to be successful. Once complete, every thing looked as he said it would and our HubSpot instance works seamlessly. He was extremely personable as well and easy to work with. He's a true asset to the company and represents the Smartbug Media and HubSpot brands, respectively well.
