Fantastisches Feedback-Tool, aber schwache HubSpot-Integration
Simplesat ist ein herausragendes Tool für die Messung von Kundenzufriedenheit, allerdings ist die HubSpot-Integration eine Schwachstelle, die den Gesamtwert des Tools mindert. Für Nutzer, die Simplesat als Standalone-Tool verwenden möchten, ist es uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Wir verwenden Simplesat zum Tracken von NPS, CSAT und CES in unserer Anwendung, um wertvolles Kundenfeedback zu sammeln und zu analysieren.
- Exzellentes Tool: Simplesat ist intuitiv, benutzerfreundlich und bietet großartige Möglichkeiten, um Kundenzufriedenheit zu messen. Simple sat is great! It’s very easy to use and the integration to HubSpot works seamlessly.
