Fantastisches Feedback-Tool, aber schwache HubSpot-Integration

Simplesat ist ein herausragendes Tool für die Messung von Kundenzufriedenheit, allerdings ist die HubSpot-Integration eine Schwachstelle, die den Gesamtwert des Tools mindert. Für Nutzer, die Simplesat als Standalone-Tool verwenden möchten, ist es uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

What do you dislike?

Leider ist diese Integration zusätzlich kostenpflichtig, was die Nutzung von Simplesat im Vergleich zum internen HubSpot-Tool weniger attraktiv macht. - Kosten: Die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Integration in HubSpot sind ein Nachteil, den man in Betracht ziehen muss, besonders wenn man bereits ein Tool wie HubSpot verwendet.

Great application with great integration

Simple sat is great! It’s very easy to use and the integration to HubSpot works seamlessly.

We are using for our net promoter score for our customers and for our onboarding satisfaction score.
