Fantastisches Feedback-Tool, aber schwache HubSpot-Integration
Simplesat ist ein herausragendes Tool für die Messung von Kundenzufriedenheit, allerdings ist die HubSpot-Integration eine Schwachstelle, die den Gesamtwert des Tools mindert. Für Nutzer, die Simplesat als Standalone-Tool verwenden möchten, ist es uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Wir verwenden Simplesat zum Tracken von NPS, CSAT und CES in unserer Anwendung, um wertvolles Kundenfeedback zu sammeln und zu analysieren.
- Exzellentes Tool: Simplesat ist intuitiv, benutzerfreundlich und bietet großartige Möglichkeiten, um Kundenzufriedenheit zu messen. Als eigenständiges Tool verdient es eine klare 5/5. - Umfangreiche Funktionen: Es deckt alle wichtigen Feedback-Kategorien (NPS, CSAT, CES) ab und ermöglicht detaillierte Einblicke in die Kundenzufriedenheit. - Benutzerfreundlichkeit: Die Oberfläche und die Funktionalitäten sind einfach zu bedienen, was die Implementierung und das Sammeln von Feedback schnell und effizient macht.
- Schwache HubSpot-Integration: Die Integration in HubSpot ist nicht optimal und erfüllt unsere Erwartungen nicht vollständig. Leider ist diese Integration zusätzlich kostenpflichtig, was die Nutzung von Simplesat im Vergleich zum internen HubSpot-Tool weniger attraktiv macht. - Kosten: Die zusätzlichen Kosten für die Integration in HubSpot sind ein Nachteil, den man in Betracht ziehen muss, besonders wenn man bereits ein Tool wie HubSpot verwendet.

Simple sat is great! It’s very easy to use and the integration to HubSpot works seamlessly.
