Fantastisches Feedback-Tool, aber schwache HubSpot-Integration
Simplesat ist ein herausragendes Tool für die Messung von Kundenzufriedenheit, allerdings ist die HubSpot-Integration eine Schwachstelle, die den Gesamtwert des Tools mindert. Für Nutzer, die Simplesat als Standalone-Tool verwenden möchten, ist es uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
Wir verwenden Simplesat zum Tracken von NPS, CSAT und CES in unserer Anwendung, um wertvolles Kundenfeedback zu sammeln und zu analysieren.
- Exzellentes Tool: Simplesat ist intuitiv, benutzerfreundlich und bietet großartige Möglichkeiten, um Kundenzufriedenheit zu messen. Great application with great integration
Simple sat is great! It’s very easy to use and the integration to HubSpot works seamlessly.
