Sync HubSpot contacts to WorkflowMax
With the HubSpot integration, all your client information is synchronised between WorkflowMax and HubSpot. This seamless synchronisation provides a single, up-to-date view of your clients, promoting clarity and consistency across your entire organisation.
Bi-directional sync of company/client information
Thanks to the bi-directional sync, your records in both HubSpot and WorkflowMax are always up to date. You can choose between a one-way sync from HubSpot to WorkflowMax or a bi-directional sync that keeps everything consistent across both platforms.

Automatic job creation
A job is generated in WorkflowMax automatically when a deal is marked as won in HubSpot. Vreselijke integratie creëert enorme dubbele nachtmerrie - bespaar jezelf de hoofdpijn en vermijd deze ramp
WorkflowMax is over het algemeen redelijk goed en werkt goed (met bepaalde beperkingen) voor ons bedrijf. HubSpot is over het algemeen ook vrij goed. De koppeling tussen de twee was echter verschrikkelijk! We eindigden met heel veel duplicaties. Sommige waren misschien begrijpelijk omdat de bedrijfsnamen iets anders waren toegevoegd (bijv. Joe Bloggs Limited v's Joe Bloggs Group Limited), maar andere voegden een nieuw bedrijf toe terwijl ze identieke namen hadden! We hebben nu dus heel veel duplicaten in WorkflowMax die we handmatig moeten samenvoegen, wat veel extra tijd en moeite kost. We hadden het probleem vrij snel door en hebben de koppeling geannuleerd, maar niet voordat we een heleboel duplicaten hadden gecreëerd. Ik zou echt willen dat we deze koppeling niet hadden geprobeerd en ik zou iedereen willen aanraden goed na te denken over hoeveel extra werk je jezelf wilt geven!
Ik weet niet zeker of we er wel een hebben gezien in de korte tijd dat de integratie actief was.
