Sync HubSpot contacts to WorkflowMax
With the HubSpot integration, all your client information is synchronised between WorkflowMax and HubSpot. This seamless synchronisation provides a single, up-to-date view of your clients, promoting clarity and consistency across your entire organisation.
Bi-directional sync of company/client information
Thanks to the bi-directional sync, your records in both HubSpot and WorkflowMax are always up to date. You can choose between a one-way sync from HubSpot to WorkflowMax or a bi-directional sync that keeps everything consistent across both platforms.

Automatic job creation
A job is generated in WorkflowMax automatically when a deal is marked as won in HubSpot. WorkflowMax 总体来说相当不错，对我们的业务来说运行良好（有一定的局限性）。 HubSpot 总体上也不错。 但是，两者之间的链接太糟糕了！我们最终发现有大量重复。 有些可能是可以理解的，因为添加的公司名称略有不同（例如，Joe Bloggs Limited 与 Joe Bloggs Group Limited），但有些则是在名称相同的情况下添加了一家新公司！ 因此，我们现在在 WorkflowMax 中发现了大量的重复公司，我们不得不手动将它们合并到一起，增加了大量额外的时间和精力。 我们很快就意识到了问题所在，取消了链接，但却产生了大量重复。 我真希望我们没有尝试过这个链接，并提醒其他人要认真考虑自己要承担多少额外的工作！
