All good so far. They are very responsive with the queries. They also work on the tasks immediately especially when labeled urgent. I would just suggest improvement in terms of agreeing on something. They should have a clear instruction and information on what we need to do and not to do so we are on the same page. But so far so good. They have been helpful in providing new strategies to make HubSpot better.
