poor quality support - 3 weeks of waiting for help with paid app and nothing - try sth. else

I have been a regular customer of theirs for many months. The coupon generation has stopped working on their side. I've been trying to contact them for three weeks now to get the app I pay $59 a month for back up and nothing. They keep writing back saying they will take care of it and doing nothing and the coupons don't work. At my scale of business, that's a dozen lost orders a day. Avoid this company from afar. They are not professional. 1/10

Simple, elegant and very effective
