poor quality support - 3 weeks of waiting for help with paid app and nothing - try sth. else
I have been a regular customer of theirs for many months. The coupon generation has stopped working on their side. I've been trying to contact them for three weeks now to get the app I pay $59 a month for back up and nothing. They keep writing back saying they will take care of it and doing nothing and the coupons don't work. At my scale of business, that's a dozen lost orders a day. Avoid this company from afar. They are not professional. 1/10

Simple, elegant and very effective
We've been using the MakeWebBetter Automated Coupons plugin quite successfully for the past few months. It has been a pivotal component to our personalised promotions campaigns and has also enabled us to simplify sale's discounting processes. Not only that, but the MWB team provided excellent support: - adopting their solution - fixing issues and bugs - providing customisations to better fit out use cases While I can honestly admit a certain degree of reluctance, at the beginning (as it was newly released), I'm more than happy to report that it was a great choice and a wonderful extension of our partnership, which started from the HubSpot plugin they provide. Keep up the good work!
