With Docusign, users can easily integrate document creation, sending and tracking right from HubSpot, creating a more complete and streamlined document flow. Users can create brand new Docusign envelopes or use their favorite templates, with custom field mapping to make the two platforms work seamlessly. Embedded recipient tracking provides full visibility into your customer's journey, and workflows support means sales processes can work more efficiently at scale.
With this integration, users can:
Assign custom mappings between HubSpot and Docusign fields.
Review and manage the status of your Docusign envelopes directly from the contact, companies or deal record screen.
Manage associations, attach or create new Docusign envelopes.
View envelope history and detail, like recipient status, senders and dates.

Fungerar men brister i automatisering - kan inte skicka färdiga kontrakt till HubSpot vilket motverkar syftet

Fungerar bra när den är igång men installationen var en mardröm med föråldrade instruktioner och begränsad mallflexibilitet
När den väl är inställd är den på skenor och trevlig. Installationen är alltför besvärlig och online-instruktionerna är för gamla gränssnitt. Instruktionerna var grumliga BÄST, det var verkligen försök och fel och jag förlorade många timmar bara för att få 1 mall in!
Autopopulation av säljkontrakt redo för signering, med data direkt från källan till sanningen (HubSpot)
Inga tydliga instruktioner, begränsat till att hämta data från ett HubSpot-objekt åt gången (skulle vara bra att hämta från kontakt, affär och företag för ett enda kontrakt). Mallar kan vara mer dynamiska / flexibla vilket möjliggör villkorliga avsnitt / text ... för tillfället är det verkligen bara att dra enskilda data till en plats på en PDF, PDF-filen måste ha dedikerat utrymme för att tillgodose alla datavariabler.
