This integration can read and surface information from custom object properties for the user to view and utilize in workflows if they choose. It can also populate properties on custom objects when a document is sent via the integration.
Fully managed within HubSpot Workflows - once installed you do not need to login to any other system other than Docusign to manage the generation and eSign of documents using Docusign.
When you register for Integration Glue, you will get access to a whole bunch of HubSpot Workflow and Data productivity actions, such as Document Generation, Actions to Clone records (including associated records), get User/Owner information and add to a Property or manage associations.
Integration Glue pricing is based on utilisation, so you can use all of our apps together under a single license and you will only be charged for the total credits you use per month.
Integration Glue does not retain any data when using this app; it simply reads and outputs data to your own HubSpot portal.

Capture signed documents in HubSpot

Void Docusign Envelope
If a document is sent via the integration, the user has the option to void the document. This will trigger an automated email to be sent to the recipient, notifying them that the sender has voided the document, with the appropriate reasoning.

Create and populate custom properties
The integration will automatically give you all the properties you need to manage your Docusign process via HubSpot. And changes to these are updated automatically on the relevant object record.

Extremely pleased with the heavy lifting - seamless one-click contract signature workflow that delivers exactly what we needed
Our company sells custom home construction products, generally coming from multiple manufacturers, combined in one transaction. Because of using multiple deals to gather clear data on values tied to product types and manufacturers, we are unable to use the built in tools inside HubSpot. Since we must order these custom products based on the specifications of the customer, we require the customer's signature and approval to indicate they agree to all the custom specifications we have drafted in the quotes we generate from the manufacturers' quoting tools. Previously we would build each sales contract by manually keying all the values from the deals into a template, printing that to PDF and combining with multiple quotes in PDF and sending that document for signature after identifying each Sign Here location after every quote. Now, using this Integration Glue Docusign product, paired with DocMergy, we're generating sales contracts, including all related quote documents, with one click (DocMergy), and after reviewing the DocMergy output document for data accuracy, shipping it off for signature with another click (Docusign Integration). The automatic updates in HubSpot upon signature completion allows us to generate status updates and automatic notifications to the finance department for payment. This efficiency and speed has saved us about 30 minutes of work for each contract and payment request we were previously completing manually. Multiplied out, that's roughly 300 hours of time our sales team of 8 will have saved over the course of a year. Absolutely impressive.
Near instant response from the Integration Glue team during their business hours. My complex problems are solved very quickly, usually on a live meeting that is recorded and then provided to me so I can go over the instructions again later. They are adding goodies in the code in 2 week sprints. Things I ask for have been promised quickly and delivered.
The only disadvantage is time zones. I'm in Texas and the support team is in New Zealand. That just means I need to wait until after 1-2pm my time to get a live person in their support chat. They have AI powered chat to assist during their downtime.
