Game-Changing Guidance for Content, Goals, and Web Optimization

Working with IMPACT over the past year has been one of the most transformative professional experiences of my career. When we began our They Ask, You Answer journey, I was balancing marketing responsibilities on top of my full-time IT and admin role and had no real content, SEO, or website-building experience. I was honestly overwhelmed, but the IMPACT coaching team helped me grow in ways I didn’t think were possible. Mandy has been incredible on the content side. I went from being terrified to write articles, unsure if I could explain HVAC or plumbing topics well enough, to confidently creating helpful content that I’m proud of. She gave me the tools, structure, and coaching I needed to find our company’s voice, stay consistent, and trust the process. She helped us figure out how to work with content analytics, how to use tools like SemRush and use AI to create content specifically for what was being searched in our area. Today, I have written multiple articles, created messaging that actually helps buyers, and even surprised myself by explaining HVAC systems casually to coworkers. Allison has been a huge part of helping us build structure, goals, and focus. Early on, I struggled to stay organized while juggling my day job and this huge transformation project. She helped us clarify priorities, set realistic processes, and stay aligned with our goals, especially when everything felt new and confusing. Her insight and accountability helped us turn big ideas into real results. Janet has been invaluable in our website creation and optimization. My only real website experience was building a small personal blog years ago, cut to us re-launching the Harold Brothers website and building new pages to align with our new strategy. That was intimidating enough, let alone learning SEO, CTAs, internal linking, metadata, dashboards, and tools like Google Analytics. Janet guided me every step of the way. We even built our first interactive tool! Her support helped turn something scary into something measurable, functional, and exciting. With IMPACT’s coaching, I have written multiple articles, built and optimized new webpages, created dashboards and reporting, learned to use SEO and analytics tools, built our first on-site customer tool, and helped shift our messaging from selling to teaching. I’m still learning every week, and I’m definitely not an expert, but I am no longer afraid to try new things. What started as “I don’t think I can do this” has turned into “I can’t wait to see what we build next.” If you are considering They Ask, You Answer or working with IMPACT, I highly recommend them. The coaching, accountability, support, and genuine care they have brought to our team have made all the difference. Will Smith helped transform my HubSpot expertise - which transformed my company.

I worked with Will Smith at Impact for over a year. In that time, Will was a valuable and essential coach and instructor for HubSpot. I kinda knew how to use it for basic sales CRM functionality, but with Will's instruction, I was able to level up in our CRM data hygiene, workflows, list building, and understanding some of the real power with HubSpot. We actually created a case study pipeline that has accelerated our delivery from marketing to sales on completed case studies. I would not know the platform at all without his help.

Working with Mary Brown has been AMAZING!!! I would give 10 stars if possible!! She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains things beautifully. She’s always there when I need help or I’m stuck on something and she really takes the time to make sure I understand the topics and really wants to see me succeed! Where do I start? Working with Impact and Mary Brown has been game-changer! They didn’t just give us cookie-cutter solutions. They threw us into the deep end of Content Marketing, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Lucky Orange, as well as Web Design tricks and optimizations - but in a good way! Mary and the team made sure we got our hands dirty, helping us figure out how to make smart, data-driven decisions about our website design and features.
