Will Smith helped transform my HubSpot expertise - which transformed my company.

I worked with Will Smith at Impact for over a year. In that time, Will was a valuable and essential coach and instructor for HubSpot. I kinda knew how to use it for basic sales CRM functionality, but with Will's instruction, I was able to level up in our CRM data hygiene, workflows, list building, and understanding some of the real power with HubSpot. We actually created a case study pipeline that has accelerated our delivery from marketing to sales on completed case studies. I would not know the platform at all without his help.

Working with Mary Brown has been AMAZING!!! I would give 10 stars if possible!! She is incredibly knowledgeable and explains things beautifully. She’s always there when I need help or I’m stuck on something and she really takes the time to make sure I understand the topics and really wants to see me succeed! Where do I start? Working with Impact and Mary Brown has been game-changer! They didn’t just give us cookie-cutter solutions. They threw us into the deep end of Content Marketing, SEMRush, Google Search Console, Lucky Orange, as well as Web Design tricks and optimizations - but in a good way! Mary and the team made sure we got our hands dirty, helping us figure out how to make smart, data-driven decisions about our website design and features. They’ve been like the super-knowledgeable buddies you need when navigating the maze of web stuff (tools, design, UI/UX), making sure we learned heaps and didn’t get lost. The experience has been more like a fun, enlightening workshop than just hiring a company. We didn’t just get services; we got a bucket load of knowledge and practical skills to go with it. Great Experience & Highly Recommend Working with IMPACT & Especially with Coach Will Smith

Wow! I cannot say enough on how much Will Smith has had an IMPACT (pun intended lol) on myself and the company. Why? Will Smith has taught, guided me and the company to better performance to gain more revenue. Hey, isn’t that what we all want? He is a HubSpot guru! Under his guidance he made it so much easier for me to understand HubSpot. Learning from Will was a 100% better than the HubSpot Academy courses I have ever taken. Due to his coaching our email rates improved by 4% and CTR by in emails by 2%. Taught me to look at the right KPI's for marketing emails. He also gave me the confidence to ensure our team was using HubSpot campaigns. Our team before was not utilizing campaigns. Our team had one landing page for every email and ad running. They were using query strings on the landing pages to track the ad or the email's form submissions. Well, this was very messy and a lot of sifting and sorting. My team did not want to change and insisted on using one landing page for everything. This was very messy and hard to see what new contacts, customers or revenue that was created. I was able to show the team the beauty of using campaigns and creating specific landing pages for each ad/email. Thanks to will who gave me the confidence to step up and show the team, and now can track and compare the results easily. Thank you, Will : )

My site was good before...but now it is so much more effective.

Impact knows how to set up a site - I was not convinced at first, but shortly after my new site went live, I saw the difference. Impact was more than worth what I paid them! Great ROI and a very functional website. I would recommend them!
