Fremragende måde at aflaste informationsspørgsmål fra live-agenter, så de kan fokusere på spørgsmål og kundeserviceanmodninger, der kræver et menneske.

Ved at bruge en AI-agent i vores livechat har vi næsten helt kunnet automatisere vores førstelinjesupport. Informationsspørgsmål håndteres nu automatisk, så vi kan fokusere på at hjælpe kunderne med de anmodninger, der kræver menneskelig interaktion, som f.eks. ordrehåndtering.
