Jeg har arbejdet med SyncMatters på en række forskellige migreringsprojekter til HubSpot, og deres team er professionelt, venligt og vidende. HubSpot til HubSpot - problemfrit + utrolig support

Vi skulle migrere en gammel HubSpot-konto til en eksisterende HubSpot-konto, og utroligt nok er der ingen måde at gøre det på i selve HubSpot. Og du kan ikke lave en manuel eksport/import, da ikke alle objekter - f.eks. e-mails - kan eksporteres. Så hvis du vil have en omfattende lignende eksport, skal du bruge en migreringstjeneste som denne. Efter at have eksperimenteret med et par muligheder og læst masser af anmeldelser besluttede jeg mig for at bruge SyncMatters. Det var nemt at bruge, med utroligt konfigurerbare kortlægningsmuligheder og, vigtigst af alt, support i verdensklasse. Virkelig utrolig. Det var ligegyldigt, hvad klokken var, der var altid nogen, der var klar til at hjælpe. Og i modsætning til andre supportfunktioner var supportmedarbejderne alle ægte eksperter, som kunne diagnosticere problemer, give råd, svar og tekniske løsninger og endda overtage kontrollen og udføre operationer på dine vegne. Jeg var utroligt imponeret. Og efter et problem, hvor vores gamle database stadig blev opdateret ved et uheld, hjalp SyncMatters os med at løse det problem inden for få minutter. Og så er det oven i købet utrolig god værdi for pengene. Denne funktionalitet burde være indbygget i HubSpot, men det er den ikke, så jeg vil 100% anbefale dette som en løsning.

Stor erfaring med SFDC -> HS-migrering

Det team, jeg arbejdede sammen med fra SyncMatters, var fantastisk! De hjalp mig med at migrere en kompleks SFDC-instans til HS på en meget stram tidslinje (~3 uger), samtidig med at de gav ekspertvejledning og råd om bedste praksis for at forenkle og strømline vores nye CRM-bygning. Jeg håber, at jeg aldrig behøver at migrere CRM'er igen - men hvis jeg gør, bliver det med SyncMatters.

The best import support I ever experienced. Salesforce to HubSpot!

Before we chose to change our CRM system from Zoho CRM to Salesforce, our company had only experienced unprofessional import consultants, both from third-party companies and from Salesforce directly. I had to work through everything myself and needed to understand the entire process of migrating data from CSV to Salesforce. The most difficult part was importing notes and tasks, along with the corresponding created dates and responsible users. As a result, we lost a lot of data, and no one could replicate it for us. After six months, we canceled our contract because we realized that Salesforce is not a smart CRM solution and that its development state is stuck in 2010. We then conducted our research and figured out that HubSpot is currently the best scalable sales solution, featuring smart functionalities and numerous API interfaces compared to other options on the market. When I knew I had to face another data import, I was already afraid it would not end well or would become too complex. Then came Syncmatters. Everything was easy to configure; the mapping was smart and totally logical. They even offered a free sample migration. But the best part of all was their support. I mostly worked with Lucy, who helped me even late at night. Even after we had paid for our import, I realized that some data hadn't been mapped correctly. She took action and corrected everything for us in the background—for free. I didn't need to do anything else because she handled everything. Honestly, this was the best support experience I have ever had in changing and migrating systems, and their approach was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend Syncmatters, and especially Lucy, for her amazing support. Thank you!

Custom migration from a non-standard CRM

We worked with TruJay on migrating from a niche CRM that no one we spoke to at HubSpot had heard of, and for which none of the DIY migration tools had ever heard of (it's Maximizer CRM to anyone in the future googling for solutions to no avail). Trujay was able to do a custom migration and get all of our data over cleanly and on time, and our project manager Lucy was particularly great to work with - she's responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
