Jag har arbetat med SyncMatters på ett antal olika migreringsprojekt till HubSpot och deras team är professionellt, vänligt och kunnigt. HubSpot till HubSpot - sömlöst + otroligt bra support

Vi var tvungna att migrera ett gammalt HubSpot-konto till ett befintligt HubSpot-konto och otroligt nog finns det inget sätt att uppnå detta inom HubSpot själv. Och du kan inte göra en manuell export / import eftersom inte alla objekt - till exempel e-postmeddelanden - är exporterbara. Så om du vill ha en omfattande like-for-like-export måste du använda en migreringstjänst som denna. Efter att ha experimenterat med några alternativ och läst massor av recensioner bestämde jag mig för att använda SyncMatters. Det var lätt att använda, med otroligt konfigurerbara kartläggningsalternativ och, viktigast av allt, support i världsklass. Verkligen otroligt. Det verkade inte spela någon roll vilken tid det var, det fanns alltid någon där redo att hjälpa till. Och till skillnad från andra supportfunktioner var alla supportoperatörer riktiga experter som kunde diagnostisera problem, ge råd, svar och tekniska lösningar, till och med ta kontroll och utföra operationer åt dig. Jag var otroligt imponerad. Och efter ett problem där vår gamla databas fortfarande uppdaterades av misstag hjälpte SyncMatters oss att lösa det problemet inom några minuter. Och till råga på allt är det otroligt bra valuta för pengarna. Även om denna funktionalitet borde byggas in i HubSpot, är den inte det, så jag skulle 100% rekommendera detta som en lösning.

Stor erfarenhet av SFDC -> HS-migrering

Teamet jag arbetade med från SyncMatters var fantastiskt! De hjälpte mig att framgångsrikt migrera en komplex SFDC-instans till HS på en mycket snäv tidslinje (~ 3 veckor), samtidigt som de gav expertvägledning och råd om bästa praxis för att förenkla och effektivisera vår nya CRM-byggnad. Jag hoppas att jag aldrig behöver migrera CRM-system igen - men om jag gör det kommer det att ske med SyncMatters.

The best import support I ever experienced. Salesforce to HubSpot!

Before we chose to change our CRM system from Zoho CRM to Salesforce, our company had only experienced unprofessional import consultants, both from third-party companies and from Salesforce directly. I had to work through everything myself and needed to understand the entire process of migrating data from CSV to Salesforce. The most difficult part was importing notes and tasks, along with the corresponding created dates and responsible users. As a result, we lost a lot of data, and no one could replicate it for us. After six months, we canceled our contract because we realized that Salesforce is not a smart CRM solution and that its development state is stuck in 2010. We then conducted our research and figured out that HubSpot is currently the best scalable sales solution, featuring smart functionalities and numerous API interfaces compared to other options on the market. When I knew I had to face another data import, I was already afraid it would not end well or would become too complex. Then came Syncmatters. Everything was easy to configure; the mapping was smart and totally logical. They even offered a free sample migration. But the best part of all was their support. I mostly worked with Lucy, who helped me even late at night. Even after we had paid for our import, I realized that some data hadn't been mapped correctly. She took action and corrected everything for us in the background—for free. I didn't need to do anything else because she handled everything. Honestly, this was the best support experience I have ever had in changing and migrating systems, and their approach was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend Syncmatters, and especially Lucy, for her amazing support. Thank you!

Custom migration from a non-standard CRM

We worked with TruJay on migrating from a niche CRM that no one we spoke to at HubSpot had heard of, and for which none of the DIY migration tools had ever heard of (it's Maximizer CRM to anyone in the future googling for solutions to no avail). Trujay was able to do a custom migration and get all of our data over cleanly and on time, and our project manager Lucy was particularly great to work with - she's responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
