Ho lavorato con SyncMatters su diversi progetti di migrazione a HubSpot e il loro team è professionale, amichevole e competente. Sono felici di aiutarci con qualsiasi problema che si presenti durante le migrazioni e sono veloci nel rispondere. Un ringraziamento speciale a Natalia, Lucy e Scot! Lo consiglio vivamente, soprattutto se state cercando di migrare le attività a HubSpot, cosa che può essere difficile da fare manualmente.

Da HubSpot a HubSpot - senza soluzione di continuità e con un'assistenza incredibile

Dovevamo migrare un vecchio account HubSpot in un account HubSpot esistente e incredibilmente non c'è modo di farlo all'interno di HubSpot stesso. Inoltre, non è possibile effettuare un'esportazione/importazione manuale perché non tutti gli oggetti, ad esempio le e-mail, sono esportabili. Quindi, se si desidera un'esportazione completa e simile, è necessario utilizzare un servizio di migrazione come questo. Dopo aver sperimentato alcune opzioni e letto molte recensioni, ho deciso di utilizzare SyncMatters. È facile da usare, con opzioni di mappatura incredibilmente configurabili e, soprattutto, un'assistenza di prim'ordine. Davvero incredibile. Non importava che ora fosse, c'era sempre qualcuno pronto ad aiutare. E a differenza di altre funzioni di assistenza, gli operatori erano tutti veri esperti in grado di diagnosticare i problemi, offrire consigli, risposte e soluzioni tecniche, persino prendere il controllo ed eseguire operazioni per conto dell'utente. Sono rimasto incredibilmente colpito. E a seguito di un problema in cui il nostro vecchio database veniva ancora aggiornato per sbaglio, SyncMatters ci ha aiutato a risolverlo in pochi minuti. E per finire, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è incredibilmente buono. Sebbene questa funzionalità dovrebbe essere integrata in HubSpot, non lo è, quindi consiglio al 100% questa soluzione.

Grande esperienza di migrazione SFDC -> HS

Il team di SyncMatters è stato fantastico! Mi hanno aiutato a migrare con successo una complessa istanza SFDC a HS in tempi molto stretti (~3 settimane), fornendomi al contempo una guida esperta e consigli sulle best practice per semplificare e snellire il nostro nuovo CRM. The best import support I ever experienced. Salesforce to HubSpot!

Before we chose to change our CRM system from Zoho CRM to Salesforce, our company had only experienced unprofessional import consultants, both from third-party companies and from Salesforce directly. I had to work through everything myself and needed to understand the entire process of migrating data from CSV to Salesforce. The most difficult part was importing notes and tasks, along with the corresponding created dates and responsible users. As a result, we lost a lot of data, and no one could replicate it for us. After six months, we canceled our contract because we realized that Salesforce is not a smart CRM solution and that its development state is stuck in 2010. We then conducted our research and figured out that HubSpot is currently the best scalable sales solution, featuring smart functionalities and numerous API interfaces compared to other options on the market. When I knew I had to face another data import, I was already afraid it would not end well or would become too complex. Then came Syncmatters. Everything was easy to configure; the mapping was smart and totally logical. They even offered a free sample migration. But the best part of all was their support. I mostly worked with Lucy, who helped me even late at night. Even after we had paid for our import, I realized that some data hadn't been mapped correctly. She took action and corrected everything for us in the background—for free. I didn't need to do anything else because she handled everything. Honestly, this was the best support experience I have ever had in changing and migrating systems, and their approach was very honest and helpful. I highly recommend Syncmatters, and especially Lucy, for her amazing support. Thank you!

Custom migration from a non-standard CRM

We worked with TruJay on migrating from a niche CRM that no one we spoke to at HubSpot had heard of, and for which none of the DIY migration tools had ever heard of (it's Maximizer CRM to anyone in the future googling for solutions to no avail). Trujay was able to do a custom migration and get all of our data over cleanly and on time, and our project manager Lucy was particularly great to work with - she's responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable.
