Automatically Create or Update Contacts in your HubSpot Account
After each call with a PATLive receptionist, the caller's contact information will automatically be added to your HubSpot account. If the record already exists, but new information is obtained, the record will be updated to reflect the changes.

Create an Activity Record on the HubSpot Contact Record
After each call, PATLive will automatically add an Activity Record to reflect the conversation and store that record directly on the HubSpot Contact.

From the Activity Record on a HubSpot Contact, you can see all of the information collected by PATLive's virtual receptionist in one spot. PATLive can collect custom information and store it directly to the Activity Record so you can follow up at a time that's convenient for you.

Sehr zufrieden mit PATLive
Ich nutze PATLive nun schon seit einiger Zeit und sie haben sich als fantastisch für mein Unternehmen erwiesen. Ihre Rezeptionisten sind die freundlichsten und professionellsten im Vergleich zu anderen Diensten, die ich ausprobiert habe. Die Integration in HubSpot macht es noch besser, weil ich die neuen Leads/Kontakte nicht mehr manuell eingeben muss. Das spart mir eine Menge Zeit und verhindert, dass ich Fehler mache.
Freundlich, zuverlässig, professionell und die Integration war einfach und sehr hilfreich.
Das ist nicht wirklich ein "Nachteil", aber Sie müssen sicherstellen, dass Sie mit den Onboarding-Mitarbeitern (die großartig waren) zusammenarbeiten, um Ihre Anrufbearbeitung richtig einzurichten. Sie können die Dinge optimieren und dafür sorgen, dass Ihre Empfangsmitarbeiter alle Informationen haben, die sie brauchen, um Ihre Anrufe gut zu bearbeiten.
