Automatically Create or Update Contacts in your HubSpot Account
After each call with a PATLive receptionist, the caller's contact information will automatically be added to your HubSpot account. If the record already exists, but new information is obtained, the record will be updated to reflect the changes.

Create an Activity Record on the HubSpot Contact Record
After each call, PATLive will automatically add an Activity Record to reflect the conversation and store that record directly on the HubSpot Contact.

From the Activity Record on a HubSpot Contact, you can see all of the information collected by PATLive's virtual receptionist in one spot. PATLive can collect custom information and store it directly to the Activity Record so you can follow up at a time that's convenient for you.

Super soddisfatto di PATLive
Uso PATLive da un po' di tempo e sono stati fantastici per la mia attività. I loro receptionist sono i più cordiali e professionali rispetto ad altri servizi che ho provato. L'integrazione con HubSpot lo rende ancora migliore perché non devo più inserire manualmente i nuovi lead/contatti. Mi fa risparmiare molto tempo e mi impedisce di commettere errori.
Cordiale, affidabile, professionale e l'integrazione è stata facile e super utile.
Non si tratta di un vero e proprio "contro", ma è necessario assicurarsi di lavorare con i loro operatori di bordo (che sono stati fantastici) per impostare correttamente la gestione delle chiamate. Possono semplificare le cose e assicurarsi che gli addetti alla reception abbiano tutte le informazioni necessarie per fare un buon lavoro con le chiamate. Abbiamo utilizzato la prova gratuita di 14 giorni per perfezionare le configurazioni e ora funziona benissimo.
