After each call with a PATLive receptionist, the caller's contact information will automatically be added to your HubSpot account. If the record already exists, but new information is obtained, the record will be updated to reflect the changes.

After each call, PATLive will automatically add an Activity Record to reflect the conversation and store that record directly on the HubSpot Contact.

From the Activity Record on a HubSpot Contact, you can see all of the information collected by PATLive's virtual receptionist in one spot. PATLive can collect custom information and store it directly to the Activity Record so you can follow up at a time that's convenient for you.

Muy contento con PATLive
Llevo un tiempo utilizando PATLive y han sido fantásticos para mi negocio. Sus recepcionistas son las más amables y profesionales en comparación con otros servicios que he probado. La integración con HubSpot lo hace aún mejor porque ya no tengo que introducir manualmente los nuevos clientes potenciales/contactos. Me ahorra mucho tiempo y evita que cometa errores.

En realidad no es un "contra", pero tienes que asegurarte de trabajar con sus empleados (que son increíbles) para configurar correctamente la gestión de tus llamadas.
