Automatically Create or Update Contacts in your HubSpot Account
After each call with a PATLive receptionist, the caller's contact information will automatically be added to your HubSpot account. If the record already exists, but new information is obtained, the record will be updated to reflect the changes.

Create an Activity Record on the HubSpot Contact Record
After each call, PATLive will automatically add an Activity Record to reflect the conversation and store that record directly on the HubSpot Contact.

View Call Details in the Activity Record
From the Activity Record on a HubSpot Contact, you can see all of the information collected by PATLive's virtual receptionist in one spot. PATLive can collect custom information and store it directly to the Activity Record so you can follow up at a time that's convenient for you.

Supernöjd med PATLive
Jag har använt PATLive ett tag nu och de har varit fantastiska för mitt företag. Deras receptionister är de vänligaste och mest professionella jämfört med andra tjänster jag har provat. Integrationen till HubSpot gör det ännu bättre eftersom jag inte längre behöver ange de nya leads / kontakterna manuellt längre. Det sparar mig mycket tid och hindrar mig från att göra misstag.

Inte riktigt en "nackdel", men du måste se till att du arbetar med deras onboarders (som var fantastiska) för att ställa in din samtalshantering ordentligt. De kan effektivisera saker och se till att dina receptionister har all information de behöver för att göra ett bra jobb med dina samtal. Vi använde den 14 dagar långa kostnadsfria testperioden för att förfina konfigurationerna och det fungerar utmärkt nu.
