Automatically Create or Update Contacts in your HubSpot Account
After each call with a PATLive receptionist, the caller's contact information will automatically be added to your HubSpot account. If the record already exists, but new information is obtained, the record will be updated to reflect the changes.

Create an Activity Record on the HubSpot Contact Record
After each call, PATLive will automatically add an Activity Record to reflect the conversation and store that record directly on the HubSpot Contact.

View Call Details in the Activity Record
From the Activity Record on a HubSpot Contact, you can see all of the information collected by PATLive's virtual receptionist in one spot. PATLive can collect custom information and store it directly to the Activity Record so you can follow up at a time that's convenient for you.

Très satisfait de PATLive
J'utilise PATLive depuis un certain temps et ils ont été fantastiques pour mon entreprise. Leurs réceptionnistes sont les plus aimables et les plus professionnels par rapport aux autres services que j'ai essayés. L'intégration à HubSpot rend les choses encore meilleures car je n'ai plus à entrer manuellement les nouveaux prospects/contacts. Cela me fait gagner beaucoup de temps et m'évite de faire des erreurs.
Sympathique, fiable, professionnel, l'intégration a été facile et très utile.
Ce n'est pas vraiment un "inconvénient", mais vous devez vous assurer que vous travaillez avec leurs onboarders (qui ont été géniaux) pour mettre en place votre traitement des appels correctement. Ils peuvent rationaliser les choses et s'assurer que vos réceptionnistes ont toutes les informations dont ils ont besoin pour faire un bon travail sur vos appels. Nous avons utilisé l'essai gratuit de 14 jours pour affiner les configurations et cela fonctionne très bien maintenant.
