Automatically Create or Update Contacts in your HubSpot Account
After each call with a PATLive receptionist, the caller's contact information will automatically be added to your HubSpot account. If the record already exists, but new information is obtained, the record will be updated to reflect the changes.

Create an Activity Record on the HubSpot Contact Record
After each call, PATLive will automatically add an Activity Record to reflect the conversation and store that record directly on the HubSpot Contact.

From the Activity Record on a HubSpot Contact, you can see all of the information collected by PATLive's virtual receptionist in one spot. PATLive can collect custom information and store it directly to the Activity Record so you can follow up at a time that's convenient for you.

Super blij met PATLive
Ik gebruik PATLive nu al een tijdje en ze zijn fantastisch geweest voor mijn bedrijf. Hun receptionisten zijn de vriendelijkste en meest professionele in vergelijking met andere diensten die ik heb geprobeerd. De integratie met HubSpot maakt het nog beter omdat ik de nieuwe leads/contacten niet meer handmatig hoef in te voeren. Het bespaart me veel tijd en voorkomt dat ik fouten maak.
Vriendelijk, betrouwbaar, professioneel en de integratie was gemakkelijk en super behulpzaam.
Niet echt een "nadeel", maar je moet ervoor zorgen dat je samenwerkt met hun onboarders (die geweldig waren) om je call handling goed in te stellen. Zij kunnen dingen stroomlijnen en ervoor zorgen dat je receptionisten alle informatie hebben die ze nodig hebben om je telefoontjes goed af te handelen. We hebben de gratis proefperiode van 14 dagen gebruikt om de configuraties te verfijnen en het werkt nu geweldig.
