Automatically Create or Update Contacts in your HubSpot Account
After each call with a PATLive receptionist, the caller's contact information will automatically be added to your HubSpot account. If the record already exists, but new information is obtained, the record will be updated to reflect the changes.

Create an Activity Record on the HubSpot Contact Record
After each call, PATLive will automatically add an Activity Record to reflect the conversation and store that record directly on the HubSpot Contact.

View Call Details in the Activity Record
From the Activity Record on a HubSpot Contact, you can see all of the information collected by PATLive's virtual receptionist in one spot. PATLive can collect custom information and store it directly to the Activity Record so you can follow up at a time that's convenient for you.

Super tilfreds med PATLive
Jeg har brugt PATLive i et stykke tid nu, og de har været fantastiske for min virksomhed. Deres receptionister er de venligste og mest professionelle sammenlignet med andre tjenester, jeg har prøvet. Integrationen til HubSpot gør det endnu bedre, fordi jeg ikke længere behøver at indtaste de nye leads/kontakter manuelt. Det sparer mig masser af tid og forhindrer mig i at begå fejl.
Venlig, pålidelig, professionel og integrationen var nem og super hjælpsom.
Det er egentlig ikke en "ulempe", men du skal sørge for at arbejde sammen med deres onboardere (som var fantastiske) for at sætte din opkaldshåndtering ordentligt op. De kan strømline tingene og sørge for, at dine receptionister har alle de oplysninger, de skal bruge for at gøre et godt stykke arbejde med dine opkald. Vi brugte den 14-dages gratis prøveperiode til at forfine konfigurationerne, og det fungerer godt nu.
