Ich kann nur Gutes über die fundierten Kenntnisse des Teams über das Tool, seine Reaktionsfähigkeit und seine Liebe zum Detail sagen. Sie haben sich auch nicht gescheut, sich mit neuen Funktionen auseinanderzusetzen, die sie vorher noch nicht kannten, was unserem Team eine Menge Zeit erspart hat. Our relationship with Rocket55 began in 2021 with a focus specifically on SEM programs. Over the course of the next three years their work has extended to full support of HubSpot and ultimately our corporate website. Individual assignments have always been completed with skill and expertise, however, what truly brings value is the thinking by the Rocket55 team and their ability to challenge us, offering alternative ways of approaching our digital marketing strategy and programs. With HubSpot specifically, they have built and managed integrations and workflows to other platforms, mined our data and constructed dashboards that give us detailed insight to customer digital activity. And when we want to try something new, their team is always ready with a “How can we help?” or “We’ll figure it out.” or “We’ve got an idea how you could do that.” posture.
