Jeg har kun gode ting at sige om teamets dybdegående kendskab til værktøjet og deres lydhørhed og opmærksomhed på detaljer. De var heller ikke blege for at sætte sig ind i nye funktioner, som de ikke var stødt på før, hvilket sparede vores team masser af tid. A True Partnership

Our relationship with Rocket55 began in 2021 with a focus specifically on SEM programs. Over the course of the next three years their work has extended to full support of HubSpot and ultimately our corporate website. Individual assignments have always been completed with skill and expertise, however, what truly brings value is the thinking by the Rocket55 team and their ability to challenge us, offering alternative ways of approaching our digital marketing strategy and programs. With HubSpot specifically, they have built and managed integrations and workflows to other platforms, mined our data and constructed dashboards that give us detailed insight to customer digital activity. And when we want to try something new, their team is always ready with a “How can we help?” or “We’ll figure it out.” or “We’ve got an idea how you could do that.” posture. Other reviews have mentioned how Rocket55 feels more like an extension of their own team rather than a vendor and we could not agree more with that sentiment.

Valuable Extension to our Marketing Team

The team at Rocket55 have been a long-standing partner with our organization, and for good reason. Even before onboarding HubSpot, the R55 team has set a standard of understanding our business, establishing ongoing communication, remaining proactive, and providing expert recommendations with our other digital marketing efforts. They are a valuable extension to our marketing team and without them, the development of our Marketing Hub in HubSpot would not be possible. They listen to our business's needs, provide solutions, and when they don't have an answer right away, they do thorough research to find one. I highly recommend them.

[For context: I've worked in content and performance marketing for nearly two decades and have hired dozens of top-tier agencies in NY, LA, and Silicon Valley. I'm a friendly but demanding client and I want it all done yesterday and perfectly and for less money. You too? Read on.] I can say without fear of overstatement that Rocket 55 has been the most competent, the most helpful, the most talented, and the most proactive agency I have ever worked with. From the crispness of their processes to their unparalleled HubSpot (and general marketing ops) prowess, I've honestly been blown away at what we've been able to achieve in just a couple of quarters. We are working on a total website redux, both front end dev and back end spaghetti-code clean up; email marketing, inbound organic campaign work, data dashboards, you name it. Not to mention, my org works with other clients who also needs ops support and again, R55 is serving as the ops and inbound team. Key factors for any agency I want to work with are: 1) attention to detail (are they hearing me/my team? do they understand the project and goal?) and 2) Follow up/follow through. I want to know that I can trust their decision making processes, their recommendations, and their ability to not just get the job done, but to obsess over the details as much as I do to create an excellent digital experience for our audiences. I never worry about Rocket 55 dropping a critical project arm, and in them have found an incredible team of wickedly sharp marketing experts. The clincher?
