Temos uma implementação madura de HS. Usamos o Rocket55 para uma grande limpeza de dados, que depois se transformou em uma automação revolucionária em nossas áreas de marketing, vendas e suporte ao cliente. Só tenho coisas boas a dizer sobre o profundo conhecimento da equipe sobre a ferramenta, sua capacidade de resposta e atenção aos detalhes. Eles também não tiveram vergonha de se aprofundar em novos recursos/funcionalidades com os quais não haviam se deparado antes, o que economizou muito tempo para a nossa equipe. Recomendaria muito para qualquer pessoa que esteja começando a usar o HS ou que esteja apenas procurando uma auditoria externa do seu ambiente atual.

Our relationship with Rocket55 began in 2021 with a focus specifically on SEM programs. Over the course of the next three years their work has extended to full support of HubSpot and ultimately our corporate website. Individual assignments have always been completed with skill and expertise, however, what truly brings value is the thinking by the Rocket55 team and their ability to challenge us, offering alternative ways of approaching our digital marketing strategy and programs. With HubSpot specifically, they have built and managed integrations and workflows to other platforms, mined our data and constructed dashboards that give us detailed insight to customer digital activity. And when we want to try something new, their team is always ready with a “How can we help?” or “We’ll figure it out.” or “We’ve got an idea how you could do that.” posture. Other reviews have mentioned how Rocket55 feels more like an extension of their own team rather than a vendor and we could not agree more with that sentiment.
