Vi har en mogen HS-implementering. Vi använde Rocket55 för att rensa upp i data, vilket sedan ledde till en helt ny automatisering inom marknadsföring, försäljning och kundsupport. Jag har bara gott att säga om teamets djupgående kunskap om verktyget och deras lyhördhet och uppmärksamhet på detaljer. De var inte heller blyga för att gräva i nya funktioner/funktionalitet som de inte hade stött på tidigare, vilket sparade vårt team massor av tid. Skulle starkt rekommendera dem för alla som kommer igång med HS eller bara letar efter en extern revision av sin nuvarande miljö.

A True Partnership

Our relationship with Rocket55 began in 2021 with a focus specifically on SEM programs. Over the course of the next three years their work has extended to full support of HubSpot and ultimately our corporate website. Individual assignments have always been completed with skill and expertise, however, what truly brings value is the thinking by the Rocket55 team and their ability to challenge us, offering alternative ways of approaching our digital marketing strategy and programs. With HubSpot specifically, they have built and managed integrations and workflows to other platforms, mined our data and constructed dashboards that give us detailed insight to customer digital activity. And when we want to try something new, their team is always ready with a “How can we help?” or “We’ll figure it out.” or “We’ve got an idea how you could do that.” posture. Other reviews have mentioned how Rocket55 feels more like an extension of their own team rather than a vendor and we could not agree more with that sentiment.
