Diepgaande kennis en uitstekende mensen

We hebben een volwassen HS-implementatie. We gebruikten Rocket55 voor een grote opschoning van gegevens die vervolgens werd omgezet in een game-changing automatisering in onze marketing, sales en customer support gebieden. Ik heb niets dan goede dingen te zeggen over de diepgaande kennis van het team over de tool en hun reactiesnelheid en aandacht voor detail. Ze schrokken er ook niet voor terug om zich te verdiepen in nieuwe functies/functionaliteiten die ze nog niet eerder hadden gezien, wat ons team veel tijd heeft bespaard. Zou ik ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die aan de slag gaat met HS of gewoon op zoek is naar een externe audit van hun huidige omgeving.

A True Partnership

Our relationship with Rocket55 began in 2021 with a focus specifically on SEM programs. Over the course of the next three years their work has extended to full support of HubSpot and ultimately our corporate website. Individual assignments have always been completed with skill and expertise, however, what truly brings value is the thinking by the Rocket55 team and their ability to challenge us, offering alternative ways of approaching our digital marketing strategy and programs. With HubSpot specifically, they have built and managed integrations and workflows to other platforms, mined our data and constructed dashboards that give us detailed insight to customer digital activity. And when we want to try something new, their team is always ready with a “How can we help?” or “We’ll figure it out.” or “We’ve got an idea how you could do that.” posture. Other reviews have mentioned how Rocket55 feels more like an extension of their own team rather than a vendor and we could not agree more with that sentiment.
