In-Depth Knowledge and Excellent People

We have a mature HS implementation. We used Rocket55 for some major data clean up which then turned into some game-changing automation across our marketing, sales, and customer support areas. I have nothing but good things to say about the team's in-depth knowledge of the tool and their responsiveness and attention to detail. They also weren't shy to dig into new features/functionality they hadn't come across before which saved our team a ton of time. Would highly recommend for anyone who is getting started with HS or is just looking for an outside audit of their current environment.

A True Partnership

Our relationship with Rocket55 began in 2021 with a focus specifically on SEM programs. Over the course of the next three years their work has extended to full support of HubSpot and ultimately our corporate website. Individual assignments have always been completed with skill and expertise, however, what truly brings value is the thinking by the Rocket55 team and their ability to challenge us, offering alternative ways of approaching our digital marketing strategy and programs. With HubSpot specifically, they have built and managed integrations and workflows to other platforms, mined our data and constructed dashboards that give us detailed insight to customer digital activity. And when we want to try something new, their team is always ready with a “How can we help?” or “We’ll figure it out.” or “We’ve got an idea how you could do that.” posture. Other reviews have mentioned how Rocket55 feels more like an extension of their own team rather than a vendor and we could not agree more with that sentiment.
