Abbiamo un'implementazione HS matura. Abbiamo utilizzato Rocket55 per un'importante pulizia dei dati che si è poi trasformata in un'automazione rivoluzionaria per le nostre aree di marketing, vendite e assistenza clienti. Ho solo cose positive da dire sulla conoscenza approfondita dello strumento da parte del team e sulla loro reattività e attenzione ai dettagli. Inoltre, non si sono fatti scrupoli ad approfondire nuove caratteristiche/funzionalità che non avevano mai incontrato prima, il che ha fatto risparmiare al nostro team un sacco di tempo. Lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque stia iniziando a lavorare con HS o stia semplicemente cercando una verifica esterna del proprio ambiente attuale.

Our relationship with Rocket55 began in 2021 with a focus specifically on SEM programs. Over the course of the next three years their work has extended to full support of HubSpot and ultimately our corporate website. Individual assignments have always been completed with skill and expertise, however, what truly brings value is the thinking by the Rocket55 team and their ability to challenge us, offering alternative ways of approaching our digital marketing strategy and programs. With HubSpot specifically, they have built and managed integrations and workflows to other platforms, mined our data and constructed dashboards that give us detailed insight to customer digital activity. And when we want to try something new, their team is always ready with a “How can we help?” or “We’ll figure it out.” or “We’ve got an idea how you could do that.” posture. Other reviews have mentioned how Rocket55 feels more like an extension of their own team rather than a vendor and we could not agree more with that sentiment.
