Sync Freshdesk contacts & tickets without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Freshdesk and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Sync Freshdesk and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing companies, contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Freshdesk. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Funciona a la perfección una vez configurado, pero cuidado con el spam de notificaciones durante la sincronización.
Funciona muy bien, pero necesita algunos ajustes para funcionar correctamente.
- Permite sincronizar no sólo los tickets nuevos, sino también todo el historial. - Excelente seguimiento de la API: es muy fácil identificar dónde se interrumpe una importación. - Funciona a la perfección. - Bastante sencillo de configurar.
- Envía un mensaje cada vez que se crea un ticket, por lo que acabé con más de 20.000 mensajes después de la sincronización. Para evitarlo, vaya a Ajustes → Notificaciones → Tickets y desmarque todo excepto "Se le menciona en un registro de ticket". - No se puede sincronizar con ofertas, pero se pueden añadir manualmente.

La integración carece de funciones esenciales
La integración sólo extrae la descripción inicial del ticket de Freshdesk, pero no extrae las respuestas de nuestros agentes de soporte ni del cliente. Por lo tanto, no se trata de una verdadera integración, sino de una única copia de datos, que carece de valor si no se sincroniza toda la información del ticket.
