Sync Freshdesk contacts & tickets without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Freshdesk and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Functies
Sync Freshdesk and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing companies, contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Freshdesk. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Werkt naadloos als het eenmaal is geconfigureerd, maar pas op voor spam tijdens het synchroniseren
Werkt echt goed, maar heeft wat instellingen nodig om goed te werken.
- Maakt het mogelijk om niet alleen nieuwe tickets te synchroniseren, maar ook de hele geschiedenis - Uitstekende API-tracking - heel gemakkelijk om te bepalen waar een import mislukt - Werkt naadloos - Heel eenvoudig in te stellen.
- Stuurt een bericht elke keer dat er een ticket wordt aangemaakt, dus ik eindigde met 20K+ berichten na de synchronisatie. Om dit te voorkomen ga je naar Instellingen → Meldingen → Tickets en vink je alles uit behalve "Je wordt genoemd in een ticketrecord". - Kan niet synchroniseren met deals, maar ze kunnen handmatig worden toegevoegd.

Integratie mist essentiële functionaliteit
De integratie haalt alleen de initiële beschrijving van het Freshdesk-ticket op, maar niet de reacties van onze supportmedewerkers of de klant. Als zodanig is dit geen echte integratie en slechts een eenmalige gegevenskopie, die waardeloos is als alle informatie voor het ticket niet is gesynchroniseerd.
Het kopieert de oorspronkelijke ticketbeschrijving.
Al het andere na de eerste beschrijving wordt gekopieerd.
