Sync Freshdesk contacts & tickets without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Freshdesk and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Sync Freshdesk and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing companies, contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Freshdesk. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Fungerar smidigt när det väl har konfigurerats men se upp för skräppostmeddelanden under synkronisering
Fungerar riktigt bra, men behöver lite inställning för att fungera ordentligt.
- Tillåter synkronisering inte bara av nya ärenden utan även av hela historiken. - Utmärkt API-spårning - mycket lätt att identifiera var en import bryts. - Fungerar sömlöst. - Ganska enkelt att konfigurera.
- Skickar ett meddelande varje gång ett ärende skapas, så jag slutade med 20 000+ meddelanden efter synkroniseringen. För att undvika detta går du till Inställningar → Meddelanden → Biljetter och avmarkerar allt utom "Du nämns i en biljettpost". - Kan inte synkronisera med erbjudanden, men de kan läggas till manuellt.

Integrationen saknar väsentliga funktioner
Integrationen hämtar bara den inledande beskrivningen av Freshdesk-ärendet, men inte svaren från vare sig våra supportagenter eller kunden. Det är alltså inte en riktig integration utan bara en engångskopia av data, vilket är värdelöst när all information om ärendet inte är synkroniserad.
Den kopierar den ursprungliga biljettbeskrivningen.
Allt annat efter den inledande beskrivningskopian.
