Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Freshdesk and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Sync Freshdesk and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing companies, contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Freshdesk. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

한 번 구성하면 원활하게 작동하지만 동기화 중 알림 스팸에 주의하세요.
정말 잘 작동하지만 제대로 작동하려면 몇 가지 설정이 필요합니다.
- 새 티켓뿐만 아니라 전체 기록도 동기화할 수 있습니다. - 뛰어난 API 추적 - 가져오기가 중단된 위치를 매우 쉽게 식별할 수 있습니다. - 원활하게 작동합니다. - 설정이 매우 간단합니다.
- 티켓이 생성될 때마다 메시지를 보내므로 동기화 후 20,000개 이상의 메시지를 받게 되었습니다. 이를 방지하려면 설정 → 알림 → 티켓으로 이동하여 "티켓 기록에 언급됨"을 제외한 모든 항목을 선택 취소하세요. - 거래와 동기화할 수 없지만 수동으로 추가할 수 있습니다.

필수 기능이 부족한 통합 기능
통합은 Freshdesk 티켓의 초기 설명만 가져올 뿐 지원 상담원이나 고객의 응답은 가져오지 않습니다. 따라서 이는 진정한 통합이 아니며 일회성 데이터 복사본일 뿐이므로 티켓의 모든 정보가 동기화되지 않은 경우에는 쓸모가 없습니다.
