Sync Freshdesk contacts & tickets without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Freshdesk and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Features

Sync Freshdesk and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing companies, contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Freshdesk. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.

Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Works seamlessly once configured but watch out for notification spam during sync
Works really good, but need some setting to work properly.
- Allows syncing not only new tickets but also pulls the entire history. - Excellent API tracking — very easy to identify where an import breaks. - Works seamlessly. - Quite straightforward to set up.
- Sends a message every time a ticket is created, so I ended up with 20K+ messages after the sync. To avoid this, go to Settings → Notifications → Tickets and uncheck everything except “You’re mentioned on a ticket record”. - Can’t sync with deals, but they can be added manually.

Integration is lacking in essential functionality
The integration only pulls over the initial description of the Freshdesk ticket but does not pull in the responses from either our support agents or the customer. As such this is not a true integration and only a one-time data copy, which is worthless when all of the information for the ticket is not synced.
It does copy the initial ticket description.
Everything else after the initial description copy.
