Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Freshdesk and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
機能
Sync Freshdesk and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing companies, contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Freshdesk. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

一度設定すればシームレスに動作するが、同期中の通知スパムに注意
動作はとても良いが、正しく動作させるにはいくつかの設定が必要だ。
- 新しいチケットだけでなく、履歴全体を同期することができます。 - 優れたAPIトラッキング - どこでインポートが中断されたかを特定するのが非常に簡単です。
- チケットが作成されるたびにメッセージが送信されるため、同期後に20K以上のメッセージが送信されてしまいました。これを避けるには、設定 → 通知 → チケットで、"チケットレコードで言及されている "以外のすべてのチェックを外してください。
