Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Freshdesk and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen

Sync Freshdesk and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing companies, contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Freshdesk. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Fonctionne de manière transparente une fois configuré, mais attention aux spams de notification pendant la synchronisation.
Fonctionne très bien, mais nécessite quelques réglages pour fonctionner correctement.
- Permet de synchroniser non seulement les nouveaux tickets mais aussi l'ensemble de l'historique - Excellent suivi de l'API - très facile à identifier lorsqu'une importation est interrompue - Fonctionne de manière transparente - Assez simple à mettre en place.
- Envoie un message à chaque fois qu'un ticket est créé, ce qui fait que je me suis retrouvé avec plus de 20K messages après la synchronisation. Pour éviter cela, allez dans Paramètres → Notifications → Tickets et décochez tout sauf "Vous êtes mentionné sur un ticket". - Ne peut pas synchroniser avec les offres, mais elles peuvent être ajoutées manuellement.

L'intégration manque de fonctionnalités essentielles
L'intégration ne reprend que la description initiale du ticket Freshdesk mais ne reprend pas les réponses de nos agents d'assistance ou du client. Il ne s'agit donc pas d'une véritable intégration, mais seulement d'une copie unique des données, qui n'a aucune valeur lorsque toutes les informations relatives au ticket ne sont pas synchronisées.
