Sync Freshdesk contacts & tickets without manual data entry or messy, time-consuming imports.
Here’s what you get with Data Sync by HubSpot:
- Two-way sync: Data is shared between Freshdesk and HubSpot in real time
- Default field mappings: Set-up is quick with out-of-the-box field mappings already created for you
- Historical syncing: Your existing data will sync right away, and updates will sync as they happen
Funzionalità
Sync Freshdesk and HubSpot data
Make manual data entry a thing of the past by syncing companies, contacts & tickets between HubSpot and Freshdesk. When records are created or updated in either app, that information will be automatically shared with the other one.
Custom field mappings
Custom field mappings are available with Data Hub Starter or Professional plans. Custom mappings add the flexibility to create your own mappings or make changes to your default ones.

Funziona perfettamente una volta configurato, ma attenzione allo spam di notifiche durante la sincronizzazione.
Funziona molto bene, ma necessita di alcune impostazioni per funzionare correttamente.
- Permette di sincronizzare non solo i nuovi ticket, ma anche di estrarre l'intera cronologia. - Eccellente tracciamento API: è molto facile identificare i punti in cui un'importazione si interrompe. - Funziona senza problemi. - Piuttosto semplice da configurare.
- Invia un messaggio ogni volta che viene creato un ticket, quindi mi sono ritrovato con oltre 20K messaggi dopo la sincronizzazione. Per evitarlo, andate in Impostazioni → Notifiche → Biglietti e deselezionate tutto tranne "Sei menzionato in un record di biglietto". - Non è possibile sincronizzare le offerte, ma possono essere aggiunte manualmente.

L'integrazione manca di funzionalità essenziali
L'integrazione si limita a rilevare la descrizione iniziale del ticket Freshdesk, ma non le risposte dei nostri agenti di assistenza o del cliente. Non si tratta quindi di una vera integrazione, ma solo di una copia dei dati una tantum, che non ha alcun valore se tutte le informazioni del ticket non sono sincronizzate.
