1/4 - Contact matching based on caller id
Connect your Ooma accounts with HubSpot CRM to preview your customers information on incoming and outgoing calls. Take notes during the call if needed. Records of calls with your clients along with the notes will be automatically created in the HubSpot application.
Fonctionnalités
Preview Client Info (Call Pop)
Automatically preview client profiles and associated deals and tickets while making or receiving phone calls. CallerID will be matched with records in HubSpot to display client information without the need to search for the customer record in the CRM.
Take Notes during calls
During the call, the user can take notes and associate them with client, deals and tickets.
Call Activity Logging
Each phone interaction using Desktop Application will be captured in HubSpot for tracking purposes.

L'intégration peu fiable de HubSpot rend les fonctionnalités de base frustrantes
Ne s'intègre pas bien avec HubSpot. Les pages de contact se chargent rarement lors des appels, et les enregistrements d'appels ou les notes n'apparaissent souvent pas dans HubSpot. Le support est sympathique mais n'a pas fourni de solutions à long terme, même après plusieurs appels pour différents problèmes.
