Terrible Addon

Doesn't work well. It's useless. It's clearly a sales gimmick, they had no intention in actually on actually developing a addon that would save time. Heed the warning of others and stay away. Don't buy into the gimmick.

- It doesn't link calls to users. So the local party is always "unknown" - Recorded conversations are stored as a random file in HubSpot. Not as a call recording as you would expect. - Recorded conversations only appear if a contact has been created before the call. - You must use the Ooma office desktop app to use this feature. Doesn't work the phone. - The HubSpot addon in the app is usually slow to lookup the contact. So by the time you need it, it's useless. - Documentation is very poor/non-existent

Complete waste of time - plugin is broken and support is useless!
