1/4 - Contact matching based on caller id
Connect your Ooma accounts with HubSpot CRM to preview your customers information on incoming and outgoing calls. Take notes during the call if needed. Records of calls with your clients along with the notes will be automatically created in the HubSpot application.
Funzionalità
Preview Client Info (Call Pop)
Automatically preview client profiles and associated deals and tickets while making or receiving phone calls. CallerID will be matched with records in HubSpot to display client information without the need to search for the customer record in the CRM.
Take Notes during calls
During the call, the user can take notes and associate them with client, deals and tickets.
Call Activity Logging
Each phone interaction using Desktop Application will be captured in HubSpot for tracking purposes.

L'inaffidabilità dell'integrazione di HubSpot rende frustranti le funzioni di base
Non si integra bene con HubSpot. Le pagine dei contatti si caricano raramente durante le chiamate e le registrazioni o le note delle chiamate spesso non vengono visualizzate in HubSpot. L'assistenza è cordiale ma non ha fornito soluzioni a lungo termine, anche dopo diverse chiamate per problemi diversi.
